Apply Later Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges?
You've come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
You will work closely with the multimedia and visual storytelling teams, which produce the firm's long-form videos, video podcasts, Shorts, clips, and thumbnails, as well as colleagues across Brand Marketing, Global Publishing, Social, Editorial, and Analytics.
You'll interact regularly with producers, editors, designers, analysts, and stakeholders across the firm.
You will own the firm's digital media platform channel, managing how video assets are placed, packaged, and presented to audiences. You will upload and schedule long-form videos, video podcasts, Shorts, and clips delivered by the multimedia team. You will write clear, compelling titles and descriptions, apply consistent tagging and metadata, and build and maintain playlists so the channel stays clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate.
You will track channel performance in the firm's digital media platform and other analytics tools and turn what you find into practical recommendations on content strategy. That includes which formats, topics, and series to prioritize, how often and when to publish, and how to package content for discovery and repeat viewing. You will share regular performance insights with the multimedia team and stakeholders, flag opportunities for new Shorts, clips, or series, and give feedback to the Visual Storytelling team on thumbnails and other creative elements based on what the data shows. You will run and evaluate tests on titles, thumbnails, and publishing timing to improve results over time.
You will also coordinate the publishing calendar with the multimedia team, the central production team, and program stakeholders, making sure assets arrive on time, meet channel standards, and launch in line with broader firm priorities.
