What You'll Do

• Drive operational excellence by optimizing critical business functions including planning, scheduling, customer service, inventory control, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Harness your knowledge of core enterprise systems such as EDI, API, and SAP (S4) to streamline workflows and maintain impeccable data integrity.
• Apply advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI, to conduct comprehensive data analysis, generate insightful reports, and create compelling visualizations.
• Transform complex data and information into clear, concise synopses, pinpointing key challenges and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Expertly manage diverse priorities, showcasing strong organizational capabilities and the ability to work autonomously to consistently meet critical deadlines.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving acumen to proactively address operational hurdles and continuously identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships across all organizational levels through exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise with EDI, API, and SAP (S4) systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities.
• Direct business experience in areas such as planning, scheduling, customer service, inventory control, supply chain management, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise synopses that highlight critical issues.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Unwavering attention to detail and a high-level aptitude for complex problem-solving.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to foster robust working relationships across diverse teams and hierarchical levels.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• An academic background in Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent professional IT experience.
• Familiarity with Nulogy or comparable manufacturing execution/packaging software systems.
