Sr. Software Product Manager, Robotaxi

Ever wanted to be on the forefront of scaling autonomy and sustainability? We're hiring for a Sr Software Product Manager to join Tesla's Robotaxi Software team.

We build the systems that keep Tesla's autonomous Robotaxi fleet visible, compliant, and operationally ready. This role owns products across that domain - defining the problem, writing the spec, and coordinating across stakeholders to help scale Robotaxi.

• Own mission-critical Robotaxi software products
• Support PM solutioning across Robotaxi software ecosystem domains
• Partner with stakeholders - product teams, operations, and customers - to build impactful products

• Experience as a product manager owning operational or internal software used by other teams
• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces with many stakeholders and no existing playbook
• Technical credibility with software engineers: hold a design conversation, make trade-offs, and not treat engineering as a ticket queue
• Track record coordinating across teams you do not control
• Clear written and verbal communication; specs and decisions others can execute
• Experience with fleet, logistics, vehicle operations, or similarly operational domains (preferred)
