We are targeting a high performer to provide focused training, one-on-one mentoring, and career guidance to help you gain the expertise and know-how that you need to become a future leader in the commercial real estate advisory industry. The Vice President, Portfolio Strategy Consulting will report to the SVP of Innovation and work on developing innovative business and real estate related studies for Colliers' Occupier Services and Corporate Solutions clients and platforms. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex business, real estate and analytical projects. A key responsibility will be to delve deep into client portfolios to identify potential transaction opportunities and create business cases for change. Key to the position is the ability to synthesize complex business and real estate problems into solutions for our clients. The candidate must exhibit strong analytical problem-solving capability, exceptional digital and technical capabilities across multiple platforms, ability to lead complex projects, develop presentations and have strong public speaking skills. Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Approximate Compensation Range for Role: $195,268 to $225,000 Area/Location Specific: Various Locations Listed Our Compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
