We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Supervisor to optimize production, quality, and efficiency across our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining effective production systems, developing a highly trained team, and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused work environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment, values accountability, drives results, and is committed to building strong teams and improving processes. Key Responsibilities Plan daily departmental operations, assign tasks to staff, authorize overtime when necessary, and controls costs and product waste. Ensures compliance to ISO quality standards and process procedures are maintained and adhere to decision matrix. Responsible for leading production in the assigned areas and communicating with production personnel on other shifts. Review timecards to ensure employees working hours are correctly recorded and completed. Responsible for the training and development of the employees. This includes creating and implementing training plans, completing performance reviews, developing individual goals, and shadowing / coaching individuals. Maintain maximum efficiency through areas via use of 5S and other lean methods. Work with other departments and support groups to ensure that CAPAs are developed correctly and initiate appropriate corrective action to prevent deviation recurrence. Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures. Collaborates with engineering and quality to facilitate improvements of process and/or quality concerns by driving quality at the source. Organize tasks and communicate schedules and productions runs to team. Attend and present at tier meetings at multiple levels. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. Drive continuous improvement utilizing M2I program. Oversee manufacturing across all departments to ensure optimal flow. Work with operations management to establish and adhere to hiring plans. Lead and troubleshoot any issues with manufacturing processes and equipment. Identify, lead, manage and report on process improvements. Communicate and resolve flow stoppage. Optimize inventory control procedures and develop kanban systems for consumables. Create and implement standard work practices within and across departments. Interview and evaluate applicants for vacant positions. Enforces company policies and communicates any issues to Management and / or Human Resources. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
