While the preferred location for this role is Greeley, CO, we will also consider candidates who can work from our Lakewood, CO office. May be hired as an Compliance Specialist 1, Compliance Specialist 2, or Compliance Analyst, dependent upon experience and qualifications. Relocation assistance will be considered.

Compliance Specialist 1: 30.25 - 35.85

Compliance Specialist 2: 76,000 - 88,750

Compliance Analyst: 92,000 - 119, 025

Primary Duties

1. Performs data entry and maintains compliance records.

2. Assists with compliance audits, inspections, schedules, training, observation, testing, and evaluations.

3. Conducts routine audits of records and assists in identifying and correcting discrepancies.

4. Assists in preparing compliance or regulatory reporting under the direction of higher-level staff.

5. Assists leadership and other stakeholders with researching and gathering information from detailed technical/compliance records for summaries, monthly or ad hoc reports, and annual regulatory filings or audits.

6. Prepares compliance projects in the company's project creation system under the direction of the compliance staff.

7. Coordinates responses to compliance-related inquiries, including citations and audits. Works closely with other stakeholder groups to research background information for responses.

8. Maintains files, reports, and schedules to support compliance activities. Communicates compliance needs and status reports to stakeholders.

9. Provides assistance and/or training in the use of Compliance or other systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers in order to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or information on technical and other complex concepts to individuals with little or no background in the subject under discussion.

NUMERIC SKILLS:
Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Requires working knowledge of various software applications to create documents reports and/or graphics.

WORK CONDITIONS:
Works in an office environment and requires occasional travel. Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.
