Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedules:
- 1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift | 11 PM - 7:30 AM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, quality standards, and inspection documentation.
- Basic math and measurement skills required.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience using measuring and inspection tools, including tape measures and calipers.
- Experience identifying defects, performing product inspections, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Construction, woodworking, millwork, door manufacturing, or building materials experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and safety.
- Ability to accurately document inspection results, repairs, and production records.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S practices.
- Experience using hand tools and repair tools such as sanders, glue guns, putty knives, clamps, and touch-up materials.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity goals.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and twisting throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to push carts, move pallets, and handle stacks of product safely.
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Job Duties
- Perform 100% quality inspection of finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Conduct measurements, weight checks, visual inspections, and quality audits using tape measures and calipers.
- Repair defective products and components using hand tools, adhesives, fillers, sanders, touch-up materials, and other repair equipment.
- Sort, classify, and document defective or non-conforming materials according to company procedures.
- Complete quality reports, reject sheets, repair documentation, and production paperwork accurately and on time.
- Restack, straighten, and prepare quality-approved products for shipment or further processing.
- Assist with troubleshooting material and quality issues alongside management, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, maintain 5S workplace standards, and perform housekeeping tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures while helping maintain efficient product flow throughout the facility.
