The Stager is responsible for accurately organizing and moving packages from the packing area to designated staging locations, preparing orders for customer pickup, and assisting with loading and unloading trucks.

Job Duties

• Shrink wrap pallets.
• Receive packages and orders from packers and place them in their designated staging areas.
• Ensure packages and orders are organized, accurate, and properly staged.
• Pay close attention to details to prevent errors, misplaced orders, or damaged merchandise.
• Safely operate a pallet jack to move products and materials.
• Bring completed orders out to customers for pickup.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company procedures, instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years warehouse/production experience.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and organized.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently when needed.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to assist with various tasks as directed by management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, staging, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
