• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional construction-related training or certifications preferred.

• Previous construction project management experience required.
• Experience as a Site Superintendent, Construction Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Construction Project Manager, or similar leadership role strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Strong scheduling, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead daily on-site construction activities and project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, equipment, and field crews.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure work progresses on time.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs to evaluate progress, quality, and safety.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project timelines or costs.
• Coordinate sequencing between multiple trades and project phases.
• Verify materials, equipment, and resources are available when needed.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and job-site records.
• Assist with inspections, punch-list completion, and project closeout activities.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and milestones with leadership teams.
• Promote and enforce job-site safety standards and procedures.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Frequent walking, standing, climbing, bending, and navigating active construction sites.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction-related materials and equipment as needed.
• Must be able to wear required PPE and safely access all areas of a construction site.
