POSITION: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

* Lead, coach and develop team by conducting consistent one-on-one meetings and creating individualized development plans for performance and career growth.

* Ensure timely completion of all HR cycle tasks.

* Build a high-performing team and foster a respectful work environment and further a culture of inclusion by building connections using the tools of listening, compassion and understanding.

* Maintain an active role in the community you serve and motivate team to volunteer.

* Work on projects as needed.

Business Growth and Customer Experience

* Develop strategies to lead your team to achieve and/or exceed organizational goals. Use data to better understand our customers, and tailor appropriate solutions to build strong customer relationships.

* Drive small business growth and retention through a consultative approach and execution of business strategy, including customer outreach and prospecting.

* Embrace and leverage technology tools to support business growth.

* Consistently demonstrate and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experience.

* Create a team environment that encourages the team to build trusting customer relationships and confidently recommend solutions to help our customers along their financial journey.

Operations, Risk & Compliance

* Create an operationally strong environment in the branch, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and risk/audit expectations.

* Understands and adheres to all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), regulatory, security, retail banking and bank-wide policies and procedures.

* Ensure team adherence to regulatory requirements and Compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

* Associates degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.

* 3 years' Branch Management experience or equivalent retail management.

* 5 years' proven experience in sales, service, and operations.

* Ability to work independently, take accountability for actions, manage competing priorities, and make quick, high-quality decisions.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups.

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to travel to and work at other branches, as needed.

Salary Range:

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $92,110.00 - $118,520.00. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
