Schedules:
9:00

AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (including a 1-hour paid lunch break).

*Note

that occasional work on weekdays before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM and on

weekends may be required based on business needs. Peak seasons typically run

from March to June, while slower periods occur from December to February.

Summary

The

hiring organization operates as a premier relocation and corporate support firm

dedicated to assisting corporate clients and expatriates with seamless

transitions. They provide structured, stable employment with guaranteed base

compensation, company-paid business expenses and advertising costs, and

professional growth opportunities. They are seeking a dedicated Relocation

Consultant to join their Chicago Central Residential division. This role

involves a blend of real estate services and corporate sales, supporting

clients through web consultations, property viewings, lease negotiations,

settle-in services, and outreach seminars.

Essential

Duties and Responsibilities include but not are limited to



  • Delivering

    comprehensive relocation services to clients, primarily expatriates,

    alongside active corporate sales initiatives such as visiting corporate

    clients.
  • Conducting

    pre-relocation web consultations to understand client needs and

    preferences.
  • Assisting

    clients in finding, touring, and evaluating residential properties,

    including introducing nearby neighborhoods and local area information.
  • Providing

    settling-in support, coordinating move-in logistics, and reviewing lease

    and contract details thoroughly.
  • Building

    and maintaining positive relationships while negotiating terms with

    property owners and management companies.
  • Planning

    and conducting informational seminars to generate prospective clients and

    expand business reach.
  • Performing

    other duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications

Required



  • Valid

    driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle for business

    use (IRS mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Proficiency

    in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and

    general computer literacy.
  • Strong

    communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional-level

    fluency in both English and Japanese.
  • Willingness

    and commitment to obtain an Illinois State Real Estate Salesperson

    License, preferably within the first 3 months of employment (license acquisition

    costs are covered by the company barring exceptional circumstances).
  • Flexibility

    to occasionally work outside standard hours (before 9:00 AM, after 5:00

    PM, or on weekends) and clear understanding of travel expectations.


Preferred



  • Active

    real estate salesperson license.
  • Previous

    professional experience in the real estate industry, corporate sales,

    and/or customer service.


The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Depending on the position, benefits may include medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement and savings plans; paid holidays and time off; supplemental insurance; and additional wellness or incentive programs and include anything reportable for federal tax purposes.
