As a Respiratory Therapist Clin 3 supporting the Surgical-Trauma and Neuro teams on nights, you will combine expert bedside care with leadership responsibilities that influence patient outcomes, team development, and operational excellence. This role is designed for an experienced therapist who is ready to be a trusted resource, mentor, and clinical leader within a collaborative academic medical center. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of a CoARC accredited respiratory therapy program. Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (BSRC) or related health science preferred. Experience: 3 years of acute/critical care Respiratory Therapy full-time work experience. License/Certification:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. The pay range for this role is $40.72 - $53.23 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.Benefits
