Job Summary The Premium Auditor is responsible for independently conducting detailed audits of policyholders' operations and financial records to ensure accurate insurance premium determination. This role involves conducting physical and hybrid audits across multiple lines of business, serving as a technical subject matter expert, mentoring junior audit staff. The Premium Auditor plays a key role in mentoring less experienced auditors, supporting quality assurance efforts, and contributing to departmental training initiatives Work Location This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations out of our West Bend or Madison, WI office. The ideal candidate must currently reside in SE Wisconsin for this opportunity. You may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events. The internal deadline to apply is 9/22/26. Conduct premium audits by examining policyholder operations and financial documentation to determine actual exposure in accordance with insurance coverage.

Salary Statement The salary range for this position is $61,549-$96,505. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
