What to Expect
Battery cells are the common denominator for every Tesla product. Our team works with engineering groups across various disciplines, requiring strong communication skills and a team-first mentality. You will work alongside seasoned industry experts, high aptitude recent graduates, and people from every stage in between. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive cell materials development and product introduction for our in-house 4680 cells. You will be the critical bridge between materials, design, manufacturing, quality and NPI to guide supplier qualification for in-production cells and new material designs and chemistries for future cell programs. $96,800 - $217,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
