The library is seeking an Online Learning Support Coordinator to collaboratively develop, maintain, and improve the library's online learning resources and services. This position will primarily focus on helping ensure that digital resources, including Canvas learning modules, library research guides, online tutorials, FAQs, and library video content are current, accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with student and instructional needs. The position also provides virtual assistance through the library's chat service and supports online service workflows and works collaboratively with colleagues across the library to create consistent, high-quality virtual experiences and support broader library priorities and initiatives. Reporting to the Head of User Experience & Engagement, this is a full-time, benefited Library Coordinator position with a minimum salary of $49,000.
