In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing our creative visions to life, directly impacting the quality and consistency of our outward-facing communications and products. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming creative requests, meticulously reviewing them for completeness and adherence to established guidelines.
• Validate project briefs, timelines, required assets, stakeholder information, and approval processes to ensure a smooth project kickoff.
• Proactively engage with requestors to clarify details, gather missing information, and resolve any questions to prevent delays.
• Configure and manage project setups in Workfront, applying precise naming conventions, workflow templates, and categorization standards.
• Translate approved requests into active projects, ensuring accurate configuration for effective reporting, tracking, and workflow management.
• Maintain an organized and accurate repository of project information throughout the entire creative lifecycle.
• Perform thorough first-level quality assurance checks on all creative deliverables before stakeholder review.
• Scrutinize materials for grammatical correctness, spelling, legal copy accuracy, functional links, dates, contact information, offer details, and overall content integrity.
• Verify that all creative assets strictly adhere to established brand standards, templates, and design guidelines.
• Identify and clearly communicate any errors or inconsistencies, coordinating efficiently with team members for timely corrections.
• Conduct final reviews of approved assets prior to release, guaranteeing absolute accuracy and completeness.
• Champion consistency and uphold high-quality standards across all creative deliverables and communication channels.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with superior organizational and follow-through capabilities.
• Proven experience supporting creative, marketing, or production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing creative materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
• Familiarity with Workfront or other similar creative project/workflow management platforms.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction.
• Adept at managing multiple requests and projects concurrently without compromising quality.
• Comfortable and confident in communicating with both requestors and creative team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues proactively.
• Possess a unique ability to identify minute details and errors while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of broader project requirements and objectives.
