Talent Acquisition - Recruiter

The Role

Our client, a major e-commerce retailer, is hiring an onsite Staffing Recruiter to join their Field Talent Acquisition team. You will own full-cycle, high-volume hiring for the entry-level workforce at their Mt. Juliet fulfillment center.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving seat. Hiring managers need bodies on the floor, and you are the person who makes that happen. If you like seeing the direct result of your work, you will see it every single day when new hires walk in the door because of a pipeline you built.

What You'll Do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, entry-level hourly roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing targets and deliver against them
• Keep a steady flow of qualified candidates moving through the process using both active and passive sourcing
• Build pipelines ahead of demand based on market conditions and business needs
• Own the candidate experience start to finish, with fast follow-up at every step
• Track and report on goals, metrics, and hiring cycle performance
• Bring ideas to the table to improve how the process runs
• Check in with new hires after start to make sure the experience holds up
• Handle sensitive candidate information with full confidentiality

What You'll Need

• Recruiting experience with an ATS you know well (high-volume or hourly hiring is a strong plus)
• Sourcing skills across job boards, community partners, referrals, and staffing agency support
• Strong project management skills and comfort managing agency relationships
• Excellent communication and relationship building with candidates and hiring managers alike
• The ability to juggle competing priorities and re-prioritize without losing momentum
• A real sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Confidence with recruiting tech and tools
