About the Role

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to architect robust change and adoption strategies.
• Translate high-level strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans and engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Design and implement innovative communications, campaigns, workshops, and engagement activities to ensure seamless adoption of new initiatives.
• Develop and champion audience-centered approaches that significantly boost engagement and participation.
• Drive initiatives forward, overseeing every stage from initial strategy development through to execution and comprehensive measurement.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and cohesion across all stakeholders.
• Pioneer and establish repeatable approaches and frameworks that can be scaled and applied across various initiatives.
• Rigorously measure the effectiveness of change efforts through both qualitative and quantitative feedback mechanisms.
• Provide crucial structure and clear direction when tackling complex or ambiguous business challenges.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of robust experience spanning transformation, change management, consulting, strategy, product development, marketing, communications, innovation, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from strategic planning through to flawless execution.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging and influencing at all levels.
• Strong storytelling prowess, coupled with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Extensive experience in driving adoption, fostering engagement, or instigating behavioral change within an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams effectively, even without direct authority.
• Comfort and proficiency in navigating fast-moving and ambiguous environments with confidence.
• Superior creative problem-solving skills combined with strong execution capabilities.
