We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to become an indispensable part of a vibrant creative studio and visual merchandising team. This is more than a coordination role; it's an opportunity to be the backbone of creative operations, ensuring the seamless flow of essential product samples and maintaining impeccable organization. Your meticulous approach and proactive support will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of impactful creative projects, guaranteeing that every product is perfectly presented and ready for its moment in the spotlight.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and organize seasonal product samples, making them readily available for creative studio and visual merchandising needs.
  • Track sample arrivals diligently, maintain accurate records, and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant teams.
  • Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets, ensuring optimal accessibility and organization for all studio activities.
  • Support studio set preparation and uphold overall studio cleanliness and efficiency, creating an inspiring and functional workspace.
  • Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team, contributing to impactful initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support overarching team goals.
  • Support with studio photography tasks, contributing to the visual representation of products.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability and meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.


Preferred Qualifications



  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management.
