The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking a Program Manager to partner in defining and driving UX work across a key UX organization focused on emerging experiences. This temporary role is designed to provide critical program continuity and operational coverage, ensuring that groundbreaking initiatives maintain momentum. You will be instrumental in coordinating efforts across diverse teams, acting as the operational anchor in dynamic spaces ranging from mobile creator tooling to interactive playables and teen-focused experiences. Your ability to build strong relationships, align stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution will be vital to the success of these high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities



  • Partner with UX leadership to define and drive user experience work across emerging experiences, specifically focusing on gaming, teen-focused content, and creative tools.
  • Provide critical program continuity and operational coverage during a temporary period, maintaining momentum for key initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to coordinate initiatives.
  • Manage projects ranging from mobile creator tooling to interactive playables and teen-focused experiences.
  • Act as the UX operational anchor, building strong relationships and aligning stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day execution and maintain program momentum for all assigned initiatives.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
