Summary: Energy Transfer is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Crude accounting team in Houston, Texas. We encourage a culture of inquiry by always asking why, transforming data into meaningful information, and leveraging technology to streamline our processes Our Crude Accounting team is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support the Crude Oil Acquisition and Marketing business. This role is responsible for crude oil volume actualization, inventory reconciliations, payments of transportation expenses and analytical reporting. The position also supports settlements with customers, monitors and reconciles General Ledger accounts, and performs analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a commitment to process improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively across operational, commercial, and accounting teams. Key Attributes
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting is required * Experience: 5-8 years Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. General knowledge of Marketing Transactions Technical Skills: Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation tools is a plus Preferred qualifications: Experience with Rightangle and SAP Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
