In this pivotal role, you will ensure that patients receive their prescriptions accurately and promptly, directly contributing to their satisfaction and the smooth operation of essential health services. Your precision and commitment to patient support will make a tangible difference in people's lives every single day, driving the success of vital health initiatives and truly impacting patient well-being.

What You'll Do



  • Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and conducting outreach to members and physicians to ensure smooth medication delivery.
  • Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Investigate and efficiently resolve rejected insurance billing issues, and address escalated member concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Serve as a critical link in patient care by escalating complex prescription-related questions to a Pharmacist for expert interpretation or providing clear guidance on processing.
  • Engage with patients and physicians through inbound and/or outbound calls, providing essential support and facilitating clear communication.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to bolster the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the medication fulfillment process.


What You'll Bring



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state of operation.
  • A valid Pharmacy Technician Trainee License or Pharmacy Technician License for the state of operation.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • No requirement for sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
  • Ability to work on a W-2 basis; C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
  • Availability to work 8-10 hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
