The National Marketing Rep LTC markets and sells Lincare Long Term Care products and services to skilled nursing facility operators, skillednursing facilities, group purchasing organizations, networking partners, and other business-to-businesshealthcare entities with an emphasis on generating sales qualified leads for account executives and businessmanagers to encourage and facilitate growth.
JOB FUNCTIONS


  • Identifies new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives
  • Solicits new customers for presentations of products and services
  • Gathers information on new customer utilization, competitor strengths/weaknesses, and industryopportunities/threats
  • Generates Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team
  • Utilizes both interpersonal and written communication skills to facilitate product growth
  • Interacts with management to create growth initiatives
  • Leads marketing campaigns to foster growth
  • Facilitates and assists with new product launches
  • Prepares marketing activity reports
  • Leads on-site/in-person marketing campaigns
  • Develops and executes marketing collateral and sales aids
  • Works together as a team player for the business and works to foster a positive and collaborative teamatmosphere
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with customer accounts
  • Prepares for and participates in trade shows, exhibits, and other networking events
  • Conducts in-service for customers educating them in the use and application of Lincare products and services
  • Initiates resolution to complaints from customers with the appropriate management
  • Inputs and maintains Lincare's Sales Tracking System
  • Requires out of state travel 75-80% of the time

Education


  • High SchoolDiplomaor General Education Degree (GED), Required
  • Bachelor'sDegree,Preferred


Work Experience


  • 3-5 years in health care/durable medical equipment, Required
