What You'll Do * Manage and review a pipeline of 10-20 consumer loan files while maintaining exceptional accuracy and efficiency. * Analyze loan documentation and validate information across multiple systems to ensure completeness and consistency. * Verify borrower, dealer, vehicle, and funding information prior to loan disbursement. * Identify missing documentation or discrepancies and coordinate with dealerships, credit unions, and internal partners to obtain required information. * Resolve documentation, compliance, and funding issues to support timely loan approvals and funding. * Build professional relationships with dealers and financial institution partners to facilitate a seamless lending experience. * Communicate by email and occasional phone calls to clarify loan details and resolve outstanding conditions. * Maintain detailed records while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and lending guidelines.
