Summary
The Senior Analyst, Process Improvement - Finance is an important position that supports the delivery of organizational process excellence. This position reports directly to the BPD&I Senior Manager, Finance and serves as a partner by engaging with business stakeholders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, AI, and end-to-end process governance. This position will be responsible for supporting aspects of the Finance process areas. The Finance scope includes supporting the strengthening of core financial analysis, improving the accuracy and clarity of financial storytelling for finance stakeholders and exhibiting strong project management skills. This position will focus on planning, performance reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, while driving standardization and continuous improvement across data, reporting, and financial processes. This role will also support key strategic initiatives and build a culture of continuous improvement in the finance organization. In addition, the position will help meet strategic goals by developing analytical approaches, driving priorities, collaborating cross-functionally, and aligning resources to deliver high-quality, insight-driven finance support. USD 81,400.00 - 122,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $81,400.00 - $122,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
