We build and connect technologies to help protect people, property, and places, enabling the collaboration between public safety agencies, defense, and enterprises that is critical for a proactive approach to safety and security. Within our Design & Tools (D&T) organization, we focus on developing service architectures and solution designs that enable the delivery of next-generation service capabilities, "Solving for safer" across global operations. Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Solution Design Architect to serve in a pivotal role shaping efficient and effective service delivery for our customers. This individual will collaborate closely with Global Services Offer Management and internal CMSO stakeholders to define High-Level Designs (HLDs) that serve as strategic roadmaps for operations teams and tool product managers. The ideal candidate brings strong technical and business acumen, strategic vision, and an inclusive approach to cross-functional collaboration. Target Base Salary Range:$115,000 -$120,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
