Description and Requirements

The Sr. Specialist for North America Events owns execution and coordination of high-visibility event programs, translating defined strategies into action and serving as the day-to-day execution lead. This individual will have a focus on channel activations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead logistics and execution for pillar and program-level events
- Coordinate vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Manage run-of-show development, timelines, and on-site operations
- Own POE and post-event documentation and reporting
- Lead executional communications and cadence calls
- Track budgets and identify execution risks

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in event management, marketing operations, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing logistics-heavy events
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Ability to apply judgment in resolving non-routine issues

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer hospitality, B2B events, or sponsorship activations
- Comfort interfacing with senior leaders and external partners
- Knowledge of and/or experience with channel

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
