Overview Helio Health, one of Central NY's premier behavioral healthcare providers, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Counselor Aide. This Counselor Aide role works full-time with the Child and Adolescent Outpatient Clinic supporting the clinic-based and school-based teams by assisting with caseload management, tracking documentation and compliance deadlines, coordinating communications, and completing administrative tasks that promote efficient clinic operations. This is a primarily administrative role with minimal client and family interaction and no direct clinical care responsibilities. The Counselor Aide serves as an organizational resource for the clinical team, helping to manage records and providing logistical support to enable the counselors to focus on delivering quality services to children, adolescents, and their families. This position is based out of the main outpatient clinic location and is an in-person role, with limited to no remote work opportunities. This position is vital in supporting the program's success and allows for many long-term career paths! Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day shift In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500! Pay rate: $19-$21 per hour Responsibilities
Support counselors with caseload management, outreach and engagement efforts, data input and tracking, and administrative follow-up tasks.
