We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join their Client Acquisition team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of critical marketing initiatives.

This is your chance to step into a dynamic environment where your expertise in bringing order to complexity will directly fuel growth and amplify our client's reach. You'll be the linchpin, orchestrating flawless campaign launches and driving efficiency across diverse marketing channels. If you thrive in fast-paced marketing environments and take pride in perfect execution, this high-priority assignment is for you. Your meticulous project management will keep initiatives moving efficiently from planning through launch across paid media, email, and integrated campaigns, directly contributing to the success and expansion of our client's acquisition efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Own timelines and task tracking using project management tools to keep campaigns organized and on schedule.
  • Support the successful launch of integrated campaigns across paid media, lifecycle email marketing, and vendor partnerships.
  • Coordinate and align internal teams, external agencies, and legal/compliance partners for essential asset reviews.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance, proofreading campaign assets, and monitoring tracking, routing, and operational setups to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation, assist with vendor follow-ups, and help prepare data for weekly and monthly business reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or digital/integrated marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with proven experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, including paid media, email lifecycle, and campaign tracking/attribution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver capable of working independently with minimal direction.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience navigating compliance and legal review workflows, particularly within a regulated industry like financial services or fintech.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI for reporting and analysis.
