Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred OR at least 3 years of manufacturing experience Experience Requirements Manufacturing, machine operation, or maintenance experience preferred Experience with automated equipment, robotics, HMIs, or production machinery is a plus Medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred but not required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Job Duties Operate, set up, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment Perform basic machine repairs and preventative maintenance Monitor production processes and adjust equipment using HMIs Troubleshoot machine faults, stoppages, and process issues Conduct equipment inspections and document maintenance activities Utilize measuring tools to verify product quality and tolerances Support inventory, quality control, and production documentation Maintain GMP standards and cleanroom manufacturing requirements Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and resolve issues Physical Capabilities Stand for up to 75% of the shift and walk frequently Reach above shoulders and below the waist as needed Push, pull, and perform repetitive motions Lift up to 20 lbs regularly Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now If you're a dependable manufacturing professional with strong technical and mechanical skills, we want to hear from you.
