• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes
• Setup and programming experience required
• Ability to read, write, and edit G-Code
• Strong understanding of GD&T
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience performing quality inspections and measurements
• Strong math skills including decimals and fractions

• Program and machine precision parts from blueprints and drawings
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, and grinding machines
• Verify dimensions, tolerances, and specifications of finished products
• Align, secure, and adjust tooling and workpieces
• Complete inspection reports, production documentation, and purchase requisitions
• Deburr, clean, and maintain parts, equipment, and work areas
• Communicate customer concerns and production issues as needed
• Produce high-quality work with minimal scrap and rework

• Work from blueprints and CAD drawings to meet production needs
• Perform setups, checks, and adjustments to keep machines dialed in
• Ensure every tool meets spec before it hits the floor
