• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Trade school or fabrication training is a plus

• Previous fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Select appropriate materials based on project requirements
• Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials to required dimensions
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drill presses, and hand tools
• Assemble parts and components according to detailed instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Communicate effectively to resolve manufacturing and production issues

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
