What You'll Do:

  • Write, rewrite, and refine economics and data-driven content for a wide range of audiences.
  • Translate complex labor market research into clear, engaging, and accessible narratives without compromising analytical rigor.
  • Edit reports, research briefs, white papers, and other publications for clarity, consistency, and readability.

  • Experience working alongside economists, researchers, or analytical teams.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of economic concepts, labor market trends, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy while making complex information engaging and approachable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Please note: This position does not require conducting original data analysis. However, candidates should be comfortable interpreting economic research and communicating data-driven insights accurately.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced writer who enjoys making research meaningful and accessible. You are naturally curious, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about translating data into stories that inform decision-makers and the public alike.

If you're passionate about economics, labor market trends, and communicating complex ideas with clarity, we'd love to hear from you.
