The OpportunityFIS is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead the company's enterprise compliance function during a pivotal period as FIS scales its platform strategy, embeds artificial intelligence (AI) across its solutions and operations, integrates strategic acquisitions, and navigates a rapidly evolving global regulatory landscape spanning banking, payments, capital markets, and emerging financial technologies. . of continued growth, regulatory evolution, and business transformation. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, with regular exposure to the CEO and other members of the Senior Leadership Team and the Board's Risk and Audit Committees. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, credible leader capable of setting compliance strategy at the enterprise level while remaining close enough to the business to drive practical, risk-based outcomes across FIS's banking, payments, and capital markets segments. Candidates who have operated as a right hand to a Chief Legal Officer, Chief Risk Officer, or CEO through a significant regulatory or transformation moment are especially encouraged to apply.
