KeyLogic has an immediate need for a Workforce Management and Admin office Support Specialist to join our Energy Team in support of the Department of Energy's (DOE) Hydrocarbons and Geothermal Energy Office (HGEO). The position may be based in Washington, DC or Germantown, MD.

The Workforce Management and Admin Office Support Professional will provide essential administrative, human capital, and logistics tracking. The Specialist ensures seamless talent acquisition, program compliance and data coordination to grow and maintain a high-performing federal energy workforce.

Position Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Direct experience supporting the DOE Hydrocarbons and Geothermal Energy Office (HGEO) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition and Management Assistance; Hiring Coordination, Onboarding Support, and Personnel Databases.
  • Executive Correspondence and Document Control; Correspondence Routing and Quality Assurance.
  • Fellowship and Pipeline Program Logistics; Program Tracking and Event Planning
  • General Office Operations and Timekeeping; Automated Systems and Purchasing and Inventory

Salary Range $50,000-$100,000 Dependent upon experience
