THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US.

We are seeking an experienced monday.com Solution Architect to own the strategic design, governance, and evolution of our enterprise monday.com ecosystem.

This global role sits above our Super User community and acts as the central authority for how monday.com is designed, scaled, and adopted across the organization. The successful candidate will work across regions and functions to translate business needs into scalable workflow solutions, ensuring our platform operates as one connected ecosystem rather than a collection of independent departmental solutions.

You will combine business process expertise, solution architecture, governance, and stakeholder leadership to ensure monday.com delivers measurable business value, improves ways of working, and supports our long-term digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Platform Strategy & Architecture



  • Own the enterprise monday.com architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to business strategy.
  • Define platform standards, design principles, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Develop the platform roadmap, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, AI adoption, and innovation.
  • Ensure workflows, data structures, reporting, and integrations operate as a connected enterprise ecosystem.


Business Solution Design



  • Partner with business leaders and teams to understand challenges and design effective workflow solutions.
  • Map and optimize end-to-end processes before translating them into monday.com solutions.
  • Design enterprise workflows that enable collaboration across regions and functions.
  • Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for complex business requirements.


Governance & Centre of Excellence Leadership



  • Establish and maintain monday.com governance standards covering workspace structures, permissions, workflows, automations, and data quality.
  • Lead and support the Super User community, providing coaching, standards, and strategic direction.
  • Review and approve significant platform developments to ensure alignment with enterprise principles.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.


Data, Reporting & Integrations



  • Define enterprise data structures, reporting standards, and information architecture.
  • Design integration strategies between monday.com and key business systems such as CRM, ERP, and reporting platforms.
  • Ensure data consistency, visibility, and quality across the organization.
  • Develop executive reporting frameworks that support informed decision-making.


AI & Automation Enablement



  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI capabilities within monday.com.
  • Support teams in designing intelligent workflows that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Establish responsible AI adoption practices and governance.


Stakeholder & Vendor Management



  • Act as the strategic point of contact for monday.com platform evolution.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
  • Influence adoption, prioritization, and investment decisions.
  • Communicate platform strategy, opportunities, and value delivered.


About You

You are an experienced Solution Architect, Business Systems Architect, or Enterprise Platform Specialist with a strong understanding of workflow design, digital transformation, and business process optimization.

You operate comfortably between business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You are also an effective people leader, with the ability to coach, develop, and manage direct reports, fostering high-performing teams while supporting individual growth and accountability.

You will bring:



  • Expert knowledge of monday.com Enterprise capabilities.
  • Experience designing enterprise workflows and operating models.
  • Strong understanding of platform governance and architecture principles.
  • Experience managing cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with integrations, automation, and data structures.
  • Strong emotional intelligence in high-pressure situations
  • Proven excellent conflict resolution skill
  • Adaptable in a fluid, dynamic agency environment
  • Ability to work in a global environment


Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, BI platforms, APIs, or automation tools would be highly beneficial.

How to measure success



  • By 30 days incumbent should understand team dynamics and perform basic job functions independently
  • By 60 days incumbent should be self-reliant on basic job functions and begin executing more complex tasks
  • By 90 days, incumbent should have ownership over specific projects
