We are looking for a full-time Manager, Retirement & Pension Plan who oversees retirement plan administration, vendor partnerships, compliance activities, and employee support. This role serves as a key liaison between Benefits, Payroll, Finance, HR, Legal, and external providers to ensure accurate plan execution and a positive employee experience. Experience supporting retirement and pension programs across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Ireland, including global plan harmonization and integration initiatives, is strongly preferred.
LOCATION: Remote U.S.
TRAVEL: 25%
What You'll Do
- Manage daily administration of retirement and pension programs.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective plan operations.
- Support compliance requirements, audits, and plan documentation.
- Review retirement eligibility, contribution, and deduction data.
- Resolve employee and HR inquiries related to retirement benefits.
- Drive process improvements and program enhancements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-6 years of retirement plan administration or benefits experience.
- Knowledge of retirement plan compliance and vendor management.
- Professional certifications such as CEBS, RMA, CRPP, or CPFA are preferred.
