Planner/Scheduler - Instrumentation & Calibration Services What this job involves: Join JLL as a Planner/Scheduler for Instrumentation & Calibration Services, where you'll coordinate the scheduling of instrumentation calibration and maintenance activities to ensure regulatory compliance, minimize production disruptions, and maximize technician productivity across campus facilities in pharmaceutical and life sciences environments. This critical planning position is essential to JLL's commitment to delivering compliant, efficient, and reliable facility operations for our pharmaceutical clients by developing comprehensive calibration schedules, tracking regulatory deadlines, and coordinating work activities that directly impact FDA compliance, GMP standards, and manufacturing continuity. You'll serve as the central coordination point for calibration programs, balancing regulatory requirements with production schedules, technician availability, and equipment criticality while maintaining accurate records and generating compliance reports that demonstrate program effectiveness to quality assurance teams and regulatory agencies.
