As anRN / LPN Float Poolmember, no two days are the same.You'll be the "health hero" across multiple locations, helping the people we support stay healthy, happy, and heard.

What you'll be doing:

• Be a Partner in Health:You'll assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys.
• Be an Advocate:You'll work closely with doctors and support teams to ensure everyone gets the preventative care they deserve.
• Be a Teacher:You'll share your knowledge by training and supporting our amazing direct care staff.
• Be a Clinical Pro:From administering medications to monitoring vital signs, you'll use your full range of nursing skills.

SCHEDULE:12 hour shifts, NO WEEKENDS or ON-CALL - Minimum work 24 hours a quarter - Maximum work 24 hours a week
