Position Summary

The Senior Operations Specialist Provider Enterprise is a pivotal role at MultiCare, responsible for operational leadership and successful delivery of system-wide initiatives. In this position, you will work with executive-level sponsors and stakeholders to provide oversight to operations, support development of initiatives, and promote company culture and strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead operational initiatives and project teams
  • You will be accountable for the successful completion of assigned complex initiatives, meeting time and budget requirements
  • You will manage ongoing MHS programs as needed
  • You will be responsible for the operational communication and organizational communication for assigned initiatives and programs
  • You will develop project plans for assigned projects including the development of the project budget plan

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in relevant field preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred or ability to get within one (1) year of hire
  • Minimum five (5) years of project management and/or process improvement experience required, experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Experience in quality improvement and cost reduction projects preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $101,545.60 - $146,140.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
