Role Type:Full-time, Non-Exempt Salary: $43,000 - $48,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. Summary: As a member of the Compensation Operations team, the Senior Compensation Advisor is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of advisor compensation transactions. This role supports core commission processing functions, payroll support activities, and collaborates cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure data accuracy and resolution of discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience navigating systems and processes within a financial services or broker-dealer environment. Success in this role requires a combination of operational expertise, analytical skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Responsibilities:
