Position Summary University of New Mexico The University of New Mexico's College of Education and Human Sciences (COEHS) invites applications for a full-time Professor of Practice - Literacy Coordinator position beginning Fall 2026. This position is supported through the New Mexico Higher Education Department (NMHED) and will play a leadership role in supporting the implementation of culturally and linguistically sustaining practices, structured literacy and science of reading initiatives across educator preparation programs. Preferred Qualifications 1. Doctorate in Education, Literacy, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, Special Education, or a related field. 10.
