The Baccalaureate Operations Supervisor provides operational leadership and administrative oversight for the baccalaureate phase of the SJV PRIME+ program. The position supervises professional staff responsible for baccalaureate program operations, student assessment, co-curricular programming, faculty and departmental administration, as well as operational services. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of program operations across multiple functional areas, serving as the primary operational leader for the baccalaureate program. This includes maintaining standardized processes, building staff capacity, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring operational readiness as the program prepares for its first cohort to transition into the MD curriculum. Working closely with program leadership, faculty, and institutional partners, the Supervisor develops and maintains sustainable operational practices that support organizational effectiveness and long-term program growth. The ideal candidate is a skilled operations and program management professional who leverages expertise in higher education administration, staff leadership, and process improvement to build organizational capacity and ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the SJV PRIME+ program. This position reports to the Medical Education Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the overall operations of the baccalaureate phase of the SJV PRIME+ BS/MD program. Oversees operational delivery and continuous improvement activities. Directly supervises administrative and program operations staff supporting the baccalaureate program, responsible for quality and quantity of work. Provide operational oversight for staff and activities supporting: Financial administration, reimbursements, and purchasing processes. Participates in the development and monitoring of policies and procedures for departmental operations. In collaboration with DOME leadership develops, implements, and oversees assessment systems, streamlines processes and enforces guidelines to ensure consistent, effective, and coordinated baccalaureate program operations. Maintain and oversee implementation of standardized operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and program documentation. Participate in recruiting and conduct new employee orientation. Recommend changes in staffing and budget to ensure the efficient operation of the program. Evaluate staff performance and competency and define development goals. Train staff, participate in strategic planning, analysis, and program management techniques. Mentor staff in meeting professional goals and developing growth areas. Assist DOME and program leadership in coordinating staff development and training. Exercises independent judgment in the recruitment, selection, training, work assignment, performance management, corrective action, and professional development of staff in accordance with University policies and collective bargaining agreements. Partner with the data and technology teams to develop systems to support and improve workflows for students, staff, and faculty. Work with IT to plan and implement educational technologies to improve baccalaureate teaching and learning effectiveness of the SJV PRIME+ program. May participate in programmatic committees to help develop and implement strategic plans supporting program improvement, growth, and expansion. *Li-RM1 Qualifications
