Title: Project Manager

Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel)


Job Description:

  • Drive projects forward to meet set and sometimes aggressive deadlines and budgets.
  • Manage project deliverables in ServiceNow (PPM), Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
  • Develop and maintain project management deliverables including project charters, RACIs, communication plans, test plans, and project schedules.
  • Manage project resource plans in ServiceNow.
  • Create the project budget and manage project finances.
  • Drive project processes through project meetings, minutes, task assignments, setting deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Hold resources accountable for deadlines.
  • Identify risks and issues, and drive remediation of risks and resolution of issues.
  • Report to portfolio and tower leaders.
  • Maintain a close relationship with leadership and stakeholders, providing regular reports, ad hoc reports, and addressing concerns.
  • Adapt communication to various levels (resources, leaders, stakeholders).
  • Manage subprojects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage 1-4 projects simultaneously
  • Drive projects to meet deadlines and budget expectations
  • Manage project artifacts, budgets, risks, issues, and resource plans in ServiceNow
  • Coordinate meetings, testing activities, and stakeholder communications
  • Maintain strong relationships with leadership and project stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings, work sessions, and testing.


Additional Preferences:

  • Bachelor's Degree or PMP certification required (either/or)
  • 5-7 years of IT project management experience strongly preferred.
  • 3 years of healthcare experience.
  • Expertise in formal project management processes.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Google Office and ServiceNow preferred.
  • Experience implementing or upgrading clinical imaging solutions including Radiology, Cardiology, and PACS required.
  • Experience with PACS and dictation system overlays preferred.
  • Preferred systems: PACS (Merge, Change Healthcare, Intelerad, GE), Cardiology (Merge, GE, Change Healthcare)
  • New program emphasis: Experience with cardiology PACS, hemodynamic systems, and Merge/Optum/Change Healthcare platforms is highly desirable.
