Responsibilities The Peraton Health, State and Local Sector is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the evaluation, optimization, and transformation of our business systems and workflows. In this lead role, you will act as a strategic partner and primary liaison between business stakeholders and our technical teams. You will be responsible for driving the requirements lifecycle for complex initiatives, identifying strategic process improvements, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate is a high-level problem solver with deep technical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level system solutions. Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
