Introduction to Our Team:

The Product Finance team, part of Corporate Planning and Management (CPM), manages the firm's non-compensation expenses. The team partners with divisions and functions across the firm to ensure the non-compensation expenses are utilized in an efficient manner and provide transparency around the spend to senior leadership.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Support and own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including forecasts, budgets, projections, and management reporting
  • Analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods to identify key variances, risks, trends, and business drivers
  • Collaborate regularly with various functions and divisions across the firm, working independently and interacting with senior professionals on global initiatives.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to senior stakeholders
  • Improve reporting processes, data quality, and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of work, prioritize competing deadlines, and perform effectively in timesensitive environments.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder and vendor management capabilities, with a strong client experience and servicequality focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Anaplan, Essbase, Power BI, foundational AI literacy to leverage generative/chat tools would be considered a strong asset
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment and to interface with employees at all levels
  • Flexibility to adapt and perform in a dynamic and evolving organization
  • Experience working as part of a global team across time zones
