This role will keep programs moving forward by driving scheduling, cross-functional coordination, creative review workflows, and deliverable tracking, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Minimum Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or production coordination in marketing, communications, creative, or media environments. * Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders with competing priorities. * Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate status, escalate issues, and drive alignment. * Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Google Workspace, or similar). * Proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to operate with minimal supervision and anticipate needs. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in or with social media, content, or creative teams at scale. * Familiarity with creative review and approval workflows, including routing feedback across stakeholders. * Experience supporting large-scale campaigns, product launches, or major organizational initiatives. * Experience working with external agency partners and vendor coordination. * Experience with editorial calendaring, content publishing workflows, or social channel operations. * Familiarity with budget tracking or resource management processes. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Francisco, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.46/hr.
