Department 10016 Office of the Chief Information OfficerPay Range $65,124.80 - $108,555.20 Perform financial analysis on cash flow, operating results, and business plans to determine rates of return, capital/cash flow requirements, etc. Prepare forecasts and analysis on industry and general economic trends. Provide accurate and timely reports for performance monitoring. May be responsible for budget or cost analysis. Conducts tasks and assignments as directed. Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. May provide guidance to less experienced Financial Analysts. Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree Finance, Health Care Administration or related field. (Required) Minimum Work Experience 2 years Typically requires 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Intermediate analytical skills and mastery of MS Office products is required. Good written communication skills required. Ability to communicate with individuals across a broad range of the organization is essential. Experience management and analyzing large sets of data preferred. The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy. These factors are legitimate and non-discriminatory including, but not limited to, the current market conditions; organizational needs; the individual's combination of prior work experience, level of education, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications.
