We are seeking a Consulting Project Management Specialist for the Oil, Gas, & Energy industry in Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) under Microsoft's Frontier Co, to join our team in a role that drives customer satisfaction and represents Microsoft at the highest levels. This position plays a critical part in analyzing customer feedback and advocating as the voice of the customer, working closely with senior and executive stakeholders to ensure delivery and resolution of complex delivery. You will lead the initiation and execution of complex multi-track programs for top-tier Oil, Gas and Energy customers by securing and coordinating delivery resources, managing detailed work breakdown structures, and driving alignment with customer plans and influencing long term strategies. This role also includes overseeing partner contracting processes, contributing to resource selection and onboarding, shaping growth opportunity and guiding the development of comprehensive program plans. You will manage key project metrics, risks, and financials while ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of some of Microsoft's most impactful projects. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across domains and geographies, sharing knowledge and influencing industry practices. This position requires residence in the Houston area and the ability to travel 50-75% to customer sites within the Houston region. Consulting Project Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,800 - $193,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $126,100 - $207,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
