Phillips-Medisize, a leader in innovative medical and pharmaceutical products manufacturing, is seeking a Program Specialist to join our dynamic team at our New Richmond, Wisconsin facility.

The Program Specialist is a critical operational resource supporting NPI, sustaining manufacturing programs, manufacturing transfers, purchasing administration, and master data governance. This role coordinates across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, MDG, and suppliers to ensure accurate SAP setup, purchase execution, engineering change control, production readiness, data integrity, and day-to-day program support.

Success in this role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to effectively balance competing priorities, and strong investigative problem-solving skills to resolve purchasing, invoicing, data, and workflow issues. The ideal candidate will be a trusted resource and subject matter expert in SAP, purchasing operations, master data management, and program administration, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and support organizational success.

What You Will Do

* Create and maintain sample work orders, material masters, equipment records/numbers, BOMs, routings, and ERSAs.

* Support NPI project setup, stage gate readiness, customer/program launches, and production release activities.

* Create, process, and manage Engineering Requests (ERs) and manufacturing transfer updates after stage gate approval.

* Create purchase requisitions, support PO creation/tracking, and coordinate invoice workflow resolution.

* Resolve goods receipt issues, payment discrepancies, WBS cleanup, project closeout, and year-end financial cleanup items.

* Review Master data request templates before MDG submission; validate MDG outputs and correct data errors before release.

* Support sustaining production programs with SAP, Coupa, purchasing, master data, and workflow troubleshooting.

* NPI work order closure

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Required experience working in SAP or a comparable ERP system in a manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or operations environment.
  • Proven track record of managing priorities, driving tasks to completion, communicating effectively, and partnering successfully with cross-functional stakeholders.

What Will Put You Ahead:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) and manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of BOMs, routings, engineering requests (ERs), manufacturing transfers, and change control processes.
  • Experience using Coupa, SAP or similar procurement systems, supporting AP invoice processes, and working within regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and data analysis for reporting, tracking, and problem-solving.
